Deomcratic Candidate for Insurance Commissioner Jasper Schneider was in Minot today. Schneider and his team were going door to door listening and learing to what the voters in Minot have to say. His biggest concerns for the future include children's health insurance and regulating Blue Cross Blue Shield, the state's largest provider. (Jasper Schneider / Dem.
