My big sister keep poisoning me

My big sister keep poisoning me by changing my drinking water to water that have not been boiled yet.She did that for 3 years already till now when I am sleeping at night. In 2005 or 2006, She put something into my drink that I woke up middle of the night and throw up and keep throw up for the next 3 days till I eat medicine from doctor. She also make my bed dirty by putting sands or something that are not clean. Because of those poison, I always feel dizzy, can't focus on my work, always got influenza, fever, stomach always feel full. I have tried to poison her as well but then I stopped, tried to be nice to her but all my efforts failed.. What should I do?

Florist Calgary - Another one local Calgary florist.

If she is annoying you so much why you don't do the same to her, I guess you love her but do something similar to her and see what happens.

Sally, sometimes people think others are doing things to them when they aren't.  Water that isn't boiled isn't poisonous --most people drink water from their taps and don't boil it and are very healthy.  Sometimes things do get into the water supply system that make the water unsafe, but the officials keep a check on that and will notify the community.  If you drink water from a well it's probably good advice to boil it.  People also get sick for many reasons including usual flus and colds, so you may have just gotten an ordinary sickness and thought it was from something your sister did.  You should never try to poison your sister or try to hurt her or someone else.  When people are over anxious about an issue like this it's best to find a good therapist to talk about it with.  If you aren't seeing a therapist now and don't know of one, ask your regular doctor to recommend one to you.
