Yes we can provided there will be no hate, full trust, no cruelty, all will be honest and true, no discriminations, all are equal.....  
Many ideals are great (e.g: communism - yes: all people are equal and get the same, why not ?) but in practise will never work.... (The smart / strong / intelligent will find the ways to make their life: better / easier / more comfortable / more healthy / more safe / more enjoyable / more interesting.... etc).

Interesting question. Actually I'm pretty sure that if all borders were canceled one day, the amount of migration will crush the economies of many countries and the world will be in a state of chaos for a long time. If it was to happen gradually it could probably be better, but only after issues like cultural differences and terrorism were solved, which doesn't look very close.

i think that we need borders i any part of our life.

we need it between peple that have difernt minds and between our wishes and the things that we can effort them.
