Neither one is better per se. They are both equally important and a necessary part of your fitness plan. The cardio part helps to keep your heart healthy and promotes fat loss, while the weight training increases your muscle strength and mass while continuing to fire up your metabolism. I hear horror stories about girls who don´t eat-how their hair turns white and their gums bleed. But I feel beautiful, perfect. I am all pale bone and bone - pale flesh and pale hair and I am light. I am like some fairy thing.I dream about fairies dancing around the house with rib cages showing like baskets under their flesh. I could drift up and away from here. I am so light. Bound by nothing. Not even time. And I am pure now

See aerobics not only helps you shed weight from all over your body but it also helps to get your blood flowing, heart pumping, and lungs working to help them work more efficiantly. It also helps flush toxins out of your system by throwing the lymphatic system into hyper drive.

Weight training helps tone muscle making you look leaner and helps with developing a strong core. Also, the more muscle you have the more calories you burn doing your normal activities through the day. Actually to be precise muscle burns about 50% more calories then fat through out the day.

I agree with a doctor I saw on CNN recently. He pointed out that when you walk into a gym, look around. Where are the best looking people? They're all lifting weights. People on treadmills and spinning classes are overweight, or they're skinny and look very unhealthy. When I see people who do a lot of aerobic workouts I swear it makes them look older. I do very modest aerobic work and spend the most of my time lifting weights. I'm 50 and a receptionist at my office thought I was 33.

i suppose weight trannin is bettr as with aerobics if u r not regular with it u will regian teh weight....
