I really want to improve my tummy area. I've had 3 children and it's become a little flabby. I want plastic surgery but what kind would it be? how much does it cost?

I would wait with plastic surgery. Try doing more exercise and eating healthier foods. Plastic surgery is the easy way out but not the healthiest solution. Give yourself a chance to lose weight in more natural ways before turning to surgery. In the long run you will have to change your eating habits in order to keep the weight off so why not save yourself the bothers of surgery?

Work hard or go home.

While I don't believe in plastic surgery being the first option, if you've already tried losing the weight and you've been unsuccessful up until now, you should definitely research everything you can about the surgery beforehand. Here is a great website that details the tummy tuck procedure which you are inquiring about. Good luck!

Many women and men have excess skin on the lower abdomen which simply will not go away with diet and exercise. A modern tummy tuck, also called abdominoplasty is an excellent procedure to remove unwanted skin from your tummy. With modern techniques the scar can be hidden under your bikini or swimming suit using the bikini tummy tuck.

Above-Before and After the Bikini Tummy Tuck

The bikini tuck works best when there is small to moderate skin excess of the lower abdomen. The bikini tuck also works well when you have a C-Section scar.

Many people want to have a tummy tuck but don’t want a visible scar. By placing the incision low and following the lines of your bikini, the scar is hidden by most bikinis and today’s brief underwear.

There is no scar on the “belly button” with the bikini tummy tuck.

The bikini tummy tuck can tighten the tummy and leave a small scar that is hidden by your bikini.

Results are usually excellent and can remove a c-section scar-see photo:

Hi guys, My name is Daniele and I'm from Canada. I have my tummy-tuck scheduled for January '09 and I'm travelling all the way to Poland to have it done. I'm happy with the medical offer I got, I like how the clinic is equipped and how it looks like in general, the location is convenient etc. But I'm currently getting a bit nervous about the whole trip .. or maybe it's excitement ? In any case, I thought I would get some support from people who chose to have their surgery abroad. I would really appreciate it. I was also wondering if any of you by any chance heard of Medtrip.eu from Gdansk ? I actually managed to get to some of their patients that completed dental treatment and they were very satisfied, but I'm still looking for someone who had any kind of surgery with Medtrip. If you heard anything about Medtrip, please please let me know, I would be extremely grateful !

Thank you, Daniele
