If "Karma" was real, Bush & Co. would have never achieved wealth and power: instead they would have been set on fire and chased by pitbulls as children.   Think of all the total asses who make it to the top :  now, think of all the nice folks who live a life of quiet desperation.  It might be nice to hope that "karma" exists, and every now and then we witness a moment of poetic justice - but, in general, it's just a dream.
