i want to get rid all of my ance from the face. i liv ein a city. the street is full of air pollution and i really don't like the nosie and the air polluted from outside world. also , my face color is getting darker shade. i want to get rid of them in one month. what brand of face wash, toner and lotion i should use?

You might try a dermatologist.  Why does this have to be gone in exactly one month?  If you live in a place that you don't like, and it's causing you problems like this...why don't you move?
