I am using a battery pack 8.4 volt 640 mAmp to fly ...

I am using a battery pack 8.4 volt 640 mAmp to fly a plane butt now after about 40 times charge it seems as if the battery does not deliver the same power ,how can I get it to deliver like it use to ?:

I understand you're using a NiCad battery. Such a battery, if well treated, and recharged when fully discharged should last much more than 40 cycles. Have you been charging the battery constantly? (These batteries suffer from the memory effect, so a battery that was recharged before fully discharged will have a voltage drop at the same point it was charged).
