if there is 1 out and there is a guy on 3rd and the batter strikes out and the guy on 3rd scores when the guy strikes out does the batter that strikes out get awarded with the rbi??

No. He did nothing to create the run-scoring situation, hence no RBI. Similar to an error.

No.  How did the runner score?  Stolen base (stole Home Plate)?  Or did the ball bounce away from the catcher?  Sounds like Home was stolen on the strikeout---an odd play for a baseball game given the batter might have been swing the bat!
