Avondale Federal Savings/does anyone know what became of this bank -it was located at 20N. Clark Street?

IT WAS SOLD BY THE fdic TO A BIGGER BANK, BUT THATS NOT TO SAY THE FDIC TOOK ON ITS BAD ASSETS..SO OU NEED TO CHEK SOME MORE..they should have a statement posted on website and onthere doors.
