Yes you can, but they will turn brown. When you thaw them they may be a little soggy, but you can still eat them. Bottom line, depending on what you plan to do with them, I wouldn’t do it.

Freezing bananas works best if you plan to cook or bake with them later.

If you want to eat them out of hand, no. Buy fewer next time.

Put them in the refrigerator!!  The skins turn brown, but they stop ripening.  Just take them out about 15 moinutes before you want to eat them and they will be fine.

Buy some of the green bags--my bananas keep 4 or 5 days with no problem.

Yes, you can freeze bananas, but they are better fresh or dried.
