Hi,

That's a very importat question and also a very tough one. Most of us think they know the answer.... I am not sure they really do.... Let's make a simple analogy: What is a good teacher ? What is a good manager ? Most will tell you that the answer is simple: The profit line... nonsence... I know several bad managers who were lucky to be at the right time in the right place.... and I know brilliant managers that hardly make any profit but without them being there, the entire business would have collapsed..... A parent should be measured per each "case" and not by the "results" (each case for it's own merits: one can't compair raising a child in a bad poor suberb to raising a child in the most comfortable & advanced area with all help needed). I hope I made my point clear, I am afraid I can write on this topic several books.....
