At 7-8 years the baby is not formed yet, and no sex organs have developed. Although genetically it is possible to find out, it is a very complicated test, and I'm not sure it can be done. At any rate, I have never heard of such a test being done.

If you're asking about your own miscarriage, I'm sorry you had to go through such a difficult experience. I know how hard it is.

Hi,
Yes, it's a genetical test.  It's not correct to state that the baby is not formed yet: At 8 weeks eyelid folds and ears are forming.  The eyes are wide apart on the sides (didn't center yet) The tip opf the nose is present and the hands start to form (can easily be seen).  If it was your miscarriage I feel very sorry for you and hope your wishes come true soon.
Best regards,

life is too short for drama and petty things, so kiss slowly, laugh insanely, love truly, and forgive quickly.

you probably won't be able to because the baby really isn't fully formed enough to tell, usually you would have to wait until you are like 4-6 month pregnant. but you can always ask the doctor if it is possible to tell or not. just check with your doctor and see what he/she thinks.

The fetus would be too small to see the sex organs but amniotic fluid testing would be able to tell you what sex the baby would have been.
