if the hose is clogged then the drier, expansion valve and condenser have been affected. not counting the high pressure hoses will surely have to be replaced $ 60--70 each
assuming it is still cost effective to fix, have the system vacuumed first then work from there, assuming it can still be vacuumed. you're already at $ 450 + whatever else they might find
everything is a matter of cost effectiveness.
of course since you're there already you may want to flush the radiator, change the belts and hoses as well. Now you're at $ 650 +
if the water pump, idler pulley, and thermostat have not been replaced, that is another $ 150.
