had to jump car this morning and car started right away. i drove for 35 minutes to work then parked the car and tried to restart but it wouldn't start. does this sound like a battery or alternator problem?

Sounds like the alternator.
definetly the alternator
What goes around comes around
There is a small chance it's the battery but it could also be the alternator. It's probably not the battery cause you drove for 35 minuted before parking it again.

It could be either one, but is most likely the battery. If it ran for 35 minutes after jumping it, without any problems. If it was the alternator, the Battery could not have lasted but a couple minutes.
But don't you think it's strange that the battery lasted for a drive of 35 minutes and after that died again? This makes me think towards the alternator.
