How to get auto suggest back for address book?

i like this auto suggestion of mail names from address book.  but it's lost when I log in at Senior center PC for AOL.

HOW TO GET IT BACK now I am back at home PC?  Where to click Mail if from instruciton below?thanks

With the auto-suggest feature on, a Suggestions: box will appear with a list of e-mail addresses based on the text you have already entered.

To enable the auto-suggest feature using all versions of AOL® 9.0:
1. Click the Mail menu, then click Mail Settings.
2. Click the Advanced tab.
3. Click the Use my Address Book and Buddy List to auto-suggest names when sending e-mails box to place a check mark in it.
4. Click the Save button.

To enable the auto-suggest feature using AOL® 8.0 and older versions:
1. Click the Mail menu, then click Mail Preferences.
2. Click the Use my Address Book and Buddy List to auto-suggest names box to place a check mark in it.
3. Click the Save button.
