With the ignition and right turn signal on, giggle each bulb against the bulb socket, if the light flickers on and off, the bulb socket may be bad. Test the bulbs that had worked for a while and then stopped working with a Volt-Ohm meter for electric conductivity, if the bulbs got burned out after only a few seconds of use, you most likely have a short somewhere near the light sockets.
