I have a 2002 Ford Focus 2.0 single o/h cam with ...

I have a 2002 Ford Focus 2.0 single o/h cam with 81,000 miles on it.And the engine just started vibrating.Either sitting still idling or on the road.The car is well maintained and I replaced the plugs and wires and it just had an oil change.the egr valve is about 6 months old and I can't find a vaccuum leak and the motor mounts are good.Any Ideas.Take care...LeRoy
