check the owner's manual for recommended mileage before changing plugs. Most late model Ford products' plugs are supposed to go for a long time. I would have the plugs changed by a Ford Dealer. Modern alloy heads are very susceptible to stripped threads or plug blow outs. The dealer will provide a warranty on their work.
