IS the 2009 improved in performance and repairs compared to the 2008?
It seems as though Subaru has chosen to become more similar to other SUV's on the market, losing some of its special look. It's hard to know if they worked out the problems from the 2008 model but it certainly seems as though certain points have been addressed.
I suggest you take a look at this great review which will give you a better idea of what changes have been made on the 2009 model.
