This competitive driving test... Will it be just limited for Europe?... Because there is a lot of talent all over the world which would be a good idea if this campaign extends to the rest of the world.

I completely agree with you. Even if they start with Europe I'm sure eventually it will spread to other continents. There is simply too much talent to ignore.
