When China first announced several years ago that they wanted to enter the world market, they were quite aware that this was going to be a slow process in order to meet their goals. Now, with the recent earthquake and other natural disasters hitting China, I don't think anyone can be certain as to if and when they will be able to set and meet realistic goals. This is because I am not sure if their production facilities, suppliers, etc. were affected. They will bounce back, it will just be a question of how long?
