After an automobile accident, how long do I have to settle or bring a lawsuit in the state of New Jersey; when the second party kept going and you have uninsured motorest insurance ?
I think you have up to 2 years but you may want to double check that. I would do a search on statute of limitation in New Jersey on the net for personal injury.
