if your being audited by Federal will you still get your State refund in the mean time?
No.. You have to wait for the whole process.

Most likely you will or already have but if you havent irs notified your state of the problem they are auditing you for and if thats not the case and you dont get your check you can call your state and ask why you didnt get your check and it might be that you owe some money to your state for some reason
