Hi,


In an interview people are asked all kind of questions.  This question seem to be strange but it is not !!!.  They wanted to see: your imagination, your ability to react to a strange situation, to get to your inner thought, to put you in a new / strange / unfamiliar situation (as we face when changes face our business) 2C how you cope with, etc, etc,
In fact it's a good question and I am going to adopt it.......  lol.......
In one of the books I read the author says that the best way to interview someone is to ask him to drive in an unknown area.  The reason: He / she won't be able to put a mask and she / he will behave exactly the person he / she is.  Smart idea !.
