Can you ask for more then you need in New Home Mortgage Loan for Repairs?

I am buying a home and know that I have some repairs to make no more then 10-20,000(it is a Foreclosure, so no I can not request this as a part of the Contract to Buy). Can I ask for a morgage that would include this cost?
