Does anyone know the artist?

This is the lyrics to a ringtone that was sent to me, "I can't believe it's been this long I thought by now you would be gone" & "Will you marry me cause I know we were meant to be, when I look into your eyes all I see is eternity". I have been told the title is "Marry Me", but no one seems to be able to name the Artist. Is there anyone out there that tell me the artist & the title of this song?
