Area 51 does exist and so do UFOs. A UFO is an unidentified flying object, which doesn't necessarily mean aliens are inside. It can be a government issued aircraft that we have no idea what to call it. There is a documentary on Area 51, it's just that no one really knows what goes on inside.

Area 51 is a restricted military area in southern Nevada. 'ufo' means unidentified flying object: if someone sees something and doesn't know what it is, then by definition it's a UFO. Most UFOs that are reported usually turn out to be pretty mundane objects: aircraft, birds or clouds viewed under unusual conditions, and even bright stars, such as Venus! Some of the reports haven't been explained, but that's usually because there's not enough information, or because some of the information is plain wrong. The Aurora aircraft, if it exists, would certainly explain some of the UFO reports.
