probably not in any practical sense. just change your password frequently and you'll be safe from intruders or snoopers. There are trackers for web pages, but I've never heard of one for an inbox. if you use something like hotmail for mail service you can couple it with their IM service so logging in for mail shows up as online. don't know if you can get enough information from that to help you.
if someone is using your computer, you can get a key stroke recorder and see everything they've typed, including passwords and usernames, page addresses, e-mails, etc.
