 I DONT KNOW if you can help me , but for some reason when I open my mail the computer voice no longer says   YOU GOT MAIL / Please Help.

AOL Mail - Community Support Team

Hi helicopter,

It looks like your settings got turn off.  Just go to Settings > General Settings > New Mail and make sure that the box next to "Play a sound when new mail arrives" is checked.
