Is this a question about AOL Mail? Are you trying to insert a picture into an email message? Not sure which page is referred to here.
I think she/he is asking how to insert a picture into an e-mail. I have the same problem. I use AOL 8--it does not have the camera symbol on the tool bar so that I can insert a pic into the e-mail. My old AOL (not sure which version) had this and I was very happy with it. Now I can only attach a picture, which I don't like---I would rather insert it into my e-mail.
