Error message when it loads trying to get my mail ...

Error message when it loads trying to get my mail.  Error messages says to come back later.  Have tried to reload and still doesn't work.  IM loads and works but still can't get to mail

HELP

AOL Mail - Community Support Team

It's difficult to tell from this question what the error is that you are seeing.  In many cases errors can be the result of a corrupt browser cache.  You can try to see if this fixes things but clearing the cache in your browser.  For instructions on how to do this for your browser you can look at the following article on AOL Help:

Well I threw out everything I could find but still have the problem.  Here is what the error message says.

 There is a yellow trinagle type sign that says SERVER ERROR

'Server: client.imap.aol.com

Type: aolimap

Account: On AOL (bnet5)


LOGIN Failed. Your mailbox is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later.

 

So, can you give me a better idea what is wrong.  I've tried signing  in just using the Beta 10 and then www via Safari.  Using www I can get to my mail but using the new beta 10 get this message.

AOL Mail - Community Support Team

If you are using Beta 10 of AOL Desktop for Mac, the best source for answering your question is probably beta.aol.com.  Sorry to pass you off, but they'll know more about whether this is a known issue with the beta.
