To clear cache and cookies for Internet Explorer 7.0:
1. On the toolbar, click the Tools button (its the one that looks like a cog or bolt).
2. Select Internet Options.
3. On the General tab, under the Browsing history section, click the Delete button.
4. Make sure Temporary Internet Files and Cookies are selected, and click the Delete button.
