Asked about “AOL Mail Help”

What should I do if I am unable to open an email ...

What should I do if I am unable to open an email? 

I am able to open most of my emails, but every once in a while I receive one will not open, resulting in an error message. 

 Right now for instance, I have one from my mother-in-law that contains an attachment (photos).  When I try opening it, nothing happens. 

Can someone help please?

AOL Mail - Community Support Team

Are you opening it using http://webmail.aol.com? Try using http://basic.webmail.aol.com and try opening the same piece of mail there.
