When I attempt to send an email I receive an error message. "Your mail has not been sent.This message will be saved to your draft folder,so you can send it later. We cannot connect to the SMTP Host at this time.Try again later. Error:0024

I am utilizing AOL 10
Can anyone help me with the problem?
