I only have the "attach" icon above the aol email i have. I had the "b", "i", "u", etc. But i must have disabled them and do not know how to get them back. Can you help?

I assume you are using Webmail (http://webmail.aol.com). When you compose a mail and don't have the rich text editor enabled (you don't see the b/i/u etc) you should see a link in the upper right corner of the compose mail window, whcih says something like "enable rich text editor". Click this and all is back to normal.
