breadmaker machines
After having researched on the internet for my first breadmaker machine, I am so totally confused. Can you help me a bit and recommend a machine you may have and like very much? I am hoping to find one that: bakes horizontal loaves, the baking pan removes for washing, has a delay start timer, has crust settings, and adds ingredients like nuts, raisins, etc automatically (not beeping in the night for me to get up and do it!). Also, I must keep the cost below $145. Thank you, any one of you for your help! Linda
It sounds like you've done some great research and come up with the criteria that you need, but I think it's time to go shopping to find the one you want with these qualities. There are a lot of machines out there that are well below $145; but there are also some over $200 so look around. Several brands have a horizontal loaf, but they also make machines with the tall loaves so you'll have to look at specific machines for the size you want. The baking pan comes out of all of them for washing. Most machines will give you a time delay option and white vs. wheat options; many will give you crust color settings. Sorry, I don't know of any that will add ingredients like raisins automatically.
