how do i prevent wrinkles in my forehead without using botox
What you think about you bring about!!!
First off, the way we age is inherited; want to know how you'll look when you get 'older'?? just look at your parents and grandparents!!
That said, you CAN NOT prevent wrinkles on your forehead!! we are all bound to get them......the first line of defense is to use a moisturizer, faithfully, every day, that has a SUNSCREEN!!!!!!!!!! this helps against the skin aging.....you must also exfoliate your skin, the easiest and least expensive way is with your washcloth!! and, wash your hands before you wash your face!!! lather up with your hands, using your hands to wash your face, then use the washcloth to gently GENTLY go over your face, at least 2 times, then rinse rinse rinse.........so don't spend money on Botox!!! and don't fall for every wrinkle cure out there; you have better things to spend your money on, I'm sure!!! Exfoliate and moisturizer with a sunscreen.......go to Beautypedia.com for an unbiased look at all cosmetic products, including sunscreens, and go from there......and remember; you have earned every line on your face......OH and don't smoke or drink; two of the WORST things you can do for your skin!!
If you have any further questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me at BG43214@YAHOO.COM...........I am a retired makeup artist, in case you were wondering!!

The forehead lift, or browlift , procedure will provide more permanent wrinkle-reducing results then Botox. And contrary to what most people think, the procedure is not that invasive. It can be performed as an outpatient procedure and the recovery time is relatively short.
