It's not guranteed. Basically if you're using a condom there's no need for early withdrawal. However, if you're not using anything, early withdrawal is a very unreliable method to prevent pregnancy. Even if your boyfriend has immense control, sometimes there's pre-come which might contain sperm cells and even if he comes outside, these sperm cell could reach your ovaries.

    You were still on your safe period.  You ovulation day is supposed to be October 30 if your menstrual cycle is regular.

   So I could safely guess you won't get pregnant.  A word of advice, why don't you see a doctor and ask her to put you on contraceptives and let your boyfriend wear condoms every time you have sex.   No need for you to be always worried getting pregnant because you are not ready to be a mother yet.
