Why do you want to leave home 6 months before you get to be 18?  Are

your parents abusing you?  Do you want to live with your boyfriend?

Don't you need your parents to help you through college?  What kind of person will you be at 25?  Are you just going to work in Mc Donalds or Jack in the box because you don't value education?  Don't you think you need to think this over first?

Parents for the most part want their children to be successful in life.  They are willing to help you and guide you so that you will be an asset to society.

Many people do leave early but if the parents complain they left, then they might be returned. But if at school then they wouldn't.  You can leave at 18 unless where you live has different laws.

I don't see a problem with you leaving at 18 unless your parents go to the police and report you missing. Why do you want to leave? So many young adults want to leave because there parents make them mad (trust me I was one of them when I was younger), but really it is not worth it. Most parents are there for you, even if you do not see it at the time. I don't know your situation but if you can hang in there, I would. Good luck!
