Basically it all depends on your type of anime intrest. Personally I find Bleach, Rozen Maiden, Vampire Knight, Fruits Basket, and Inuyasha some of my personal favorites. If I had a wider variety of the anime you like I could help you. But for right now all I can do is give you a couple places you can go.
You can go to some of these sites to watch and down/upload all the anime and music you desire, depending on which you choose of course. Not all of the sites are exactly the same some have their differences.

Well, as a Code Geass fan, I'd say most of their music is good, Colors and World End (both by flow) and the Hitman Reborn themes Boys and Girls and 88 (both by LM. C). The One Piece theme Hikari-e was also good.
