How do I make a successful TV series episode?(cartoons) ANY HELP?

how long should the

a)opening

b)body

c)ending

of a TV episode be?

how are the credits ordered?

what should the opening/ending include?

are summeries of previous episodes nessasary in present episodes?

are summaries of future episodes (next time on...) nesassary?

what is recommended?

what isn't?

any help would do even if I didn't ask it(but please stay on topic)
