A:Dear Sylvia, I am a published author with my novel on a number of sites. Is your work copwrite with the Library of Congress? Who is the publisher of the book? If the work is copywrite and you call Amazon and tell them to remove it and they won't, you can sue them for selling the book without your permission. A copywrite is good for the life of the author and seventy-five years after that author's death. My suggestion is to find out how they got it and what will they do when you want it removed.
