Go to the library and get information on pressure points and how to relieve pain. This is something you can actully do on your own. The hands and feet can help you control pain and disconfort. You can Are you in need of a new pillow? You may want to give this a try as it is so much less than going to a chiropractor who is going to over charge you, manipulate your neck, back and suggest you keep coming back for more adjustments all the while making him / her tons of money while you continue to have problems. If you don't find relief through this, you may also want to consider heat/ cold therpy on your neck and if all else fails, go to a clinic and have someone check it out. Sress can cause alot of pain also. Depending on your age and work habits, you may of strained it at one time and now it's cathing up to you. Rest when you can and try to find a quiet place for relaxation during the day even if only for a short while.
