If you don't find relief through this, you may also want to consider heat/ cold therpy on your neck and if all else fails, go to a clinic and have someone check it out. Sress can cause alot of pain also. Depending on your age and work habits, you may of strained it at one time and now it's cathing up to you. Rest when you can and try to find a quiet place for relaxation during the day even if only for a short while.
