Hi Leona. I believe that if someone has sex as a way of moving on, it's because sex is meaningful to them.. so if we make that decision, it could just end up making us feel even worse about ourselves.. like dirty rags for the taking. 

For me, if I feel I've been hurt and used in my relationship and now it's over, nobody is getting laid for a long long time! 

I think staying single and getting reconnected with ourselves (get our priorities strait) for awhile, is the best way to recover and move on to the fun stuff.
