How to aggregate user generated content from E2.0 apps and serve up to relevant content to the users?

How can i aggregate user generated content from blogs, wikis, SharePoint MOSS, and other enterprise collaboration tools into a centralize place, so that I can send a consolidated but personalized content to knowledge workers where (applications) they spend most of their daily activities?
