What are the best ways to exercise and lose weight over the age of 65?

Goal:  Patience...Live one day at a time. Wink

Walking is always good.

But if that's boring, try Tai Chi.  Look for some classes near you.

It's great.  I feel good after I do it.  The Asians have been doing it for thousands of years and live long.

Also another option may be a moderate form of Yoga.
