What affects the aging process?

I work so hard at eating healthy and exercising in order to prolong the aging process. Is it true that it has a lot to do with how you think of aging? Can a healthy attitude affect how you age?

Definitely! Haven't you ever met a person, and after interacting with them for a bit your first impression changed? He/she was either more or less attractive based on their personality?

Well, I think that also applies here. The way that you think/feel about yourself is projected through your facial, body and verbal expressions. Those who you interact with will react to what you are projecting -- and you react to that!! kinda like a mirror image.

So, feel good, be positive, project this and you will receive positive reinforcement through conversation, body language and other cues. This in turn will increase the positive feelings you have. Which i believe will actually help "reverse the aging process". ;) good luck!

Be anxious for nothing

From the information i have gathered about health. The body grows new cells in such a way that we can literally have a whole new body in three years. Yes attitude means a lot, many years ago i saw, on tv a program on aging. an elderly woman was asked "what is the key to longivity and her reply was, "letting go, whether it is gray hair , a tooth, a loved one.inspiration can prolong your life. If you have a "good" reason for   wanting to be here, you will probably be here a long time.
