what is a good shoe to wear, to prevent injury during aerobic/dance workouts???

Choose a light shoe with sock absorbers, that supports your unique foot. Go to a good store, and make sure someone experienced looks at your bare foot and fits the shoe that is best for you. Please note, some people have different needs for their different feet. The good stores should be able to have a solution for that.

Don't expect it to be cheap, but it's worth the price.

Oh, you should probably replace the shoes after a few months, as it wears and no longer serves your interest to the best.
