Please advice

first I had great pain when passing urine,after a week i felt pain in my back and now my feet are swallen and my eyes too. I feel sleepy all the time. I don't know what to do ,please help!!

Go see a urologist ASAP. Please do not procrastinate. It sounds like you are carrying around an internal infection and it could get worse. Tke care of it IMMEDIATELY!!!

You could have a kidney and a urinary bladder infection!!!! You absolutely must address this NOW, not later, not next week..but NOW.  Go to the ER today.
